Create and Play Video Games Using Scratch

In this workshop students will use Scratch, a block-based language, to create their own video game. They will learn about different kinds of video games, how they are animated, Scratch programming, and the basic patterns for putting computer code together: sequence, repetition, and selection.

(A computer and internet access are required. Students are encouraged to create a free Scratch account.)
