  • Lights, Camera, Action: Storytelling and Video Production

    March 7 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Event run by Greater Olney Library.

Video is a powerful way to communicate stories through individual videos or a series of video shorts that can be used in many ways such as news stories, teach a skill, crowdfunding videos, calling people to action on an important issue, serving as a public service announcement, or simply to tell a story. Storytelling is the basis of this impactful media.

In this workshop, students will learn how to construct stories and learn techniques to produce/edit photo and video content using mobile devices.

Devices will be provided. Street and metered parking available. Report to front desk for directions to upstairs meeting space. Snacks will be provided.

Please send an email to Joy Kicinski if you have any questions. Thanks!
