Data, Data, Everywhere! Databases contain tons of information. MongoDB, a popular open source database is built around solving problems of modern applications like mobile apps, large volumes of data, and making developers (like the girls attending this workshop) more efficient. Using examples around NoSQL databases students will learn different database language subsets, how information is stored in MongoDB, and how to use DDL commands.

Students need internet & a computer/chromebook for this workshop. Please create a free MongoDB Atlas account.

Please send an email to Alexander if you have any questions. Thanks!
