  • Build Your Own Voice App with VoiceFlow

    December 15 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

All Virtual Events are Scheduled/Run in Eastern Time. Click Here for a time zone converter.

Event run by Oak Park Public Library.

Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant are very popular technologies that can do many things such as play music, look up information, do online shopping, provide driving directions, and control things in your home such as lights, heating, and air-conditioning. What makes those technologies work? The answer is Artificial Intelligence-powered software, like apps!

You don’t need to work for Amazon or Google to build apps for Alexa and Google Assistant. Anyone can write apps! In this workshop, students will learn how to build their own voice apps using the Voiceflow free platform. These apps can be used with Alexa or Google devices.

Students will need access to a computer (Chromebooks OK!) and internet. Please create a free VoiceFlow account prior to the event.

Please send an email to Eileen if you have any questions. Thanks!
